So I purchased my vehicle from these two crooks back in Nov 13, which by the way I had to sell for scrap value in the Summer of 2014.
Now here we are 15 months later with the two crooks behind this ongoing and very frustrating saga having been arrested.
On 5 Feb 15 Richard, Stan plus anther man believed to be Ryan Overton were arrested which on 6 Feb 15 was reported by Patrick Know at The Southern Daily (Car Dealers in Fraud Probe). On 7 Feb 15 The Southern Daily Echo also reported that the 3 men have since been released on bail until 4 Aug 15 pending further enquiries (Released on Bail).
As many have commented and emailed over to me both Burbage and Rudgley have been seen selling and conning people at Delta Flag Ltd trading as Pro Motors in Southampton. But this time appears Rudgley has stepped away from the helm of the company only to be replaced by a Darryl Warren (the new fall guy perhaps). Rudgley's other businesses (loose term) interests Service 4 Life Ltd has a first notice to strike off and Woolston Car Supermarket has accounts overdue it appears maybe he had no other option to find some else to run this new company.
It is worth noting that Richard Burbage's name does not and has not appeared in any of these company details but is believed to be the brains (another loose term) behind the scam. Saying that he must have something up top as he managed to flee Australia following the ill fated webuyanycar.com.au business venture where he left his then business partner to take the wrap.
So where to now?
With Burbage and Rudgley having been released on bail it may be that they start to get rid of close down Pro Motors. Alternatively they may just go back and see who else they can rip off prior to spending some time at Her Majesty's please (here's hoping). I'm sure this won't be the last we hear of these two thieving crooks but let's hope the next time is in the dock and I'm sure your parents, children and loved are very proud of you. A very nice lasting legacy for your family names.

Darryl Warrens address is no secret its public knowledge so no offence.If and when charged which looks likely he will have to give name,age and address in open court like the other two crooks.He is the one Who should be expecting the early morning knock.LOL

The address that was written in a comment by the above poster, is actually incorrect. The poster above has a personal vendetta against me and is now circulating my address, connecting it to this car dealers business as another pathetic attempt to cause havoc and stress in my life. Crazy lady! Needs some serious help!

pro motors aka Delta Flag are still operating in Southampton and have just stolen £4000 from us, I have advised Companies House as they are trying to dissolve the company but this has been suspended due to so many people getting in touch. have also told Fraud department, trading standards, southampton echoe ( who ran an investigation before ) consumer rights dept, I fear we will not see our money again and am appalled nothing seems to be done to stop these rogue traders. will be contacting every consumer television company possible to help.
