I wondered if you've heard of Delta Flag Ltd/Upham Motor Company/Clearance Cars which all seem to work out of the same address in Winchester Road, Southampton?
The experiences of car buyers in Woolston Car Supermkt echo our own experiences: Delta Flag advertises on eBay and my foolish son paid £2500 for a Mitsubishi pick-up before getting to Southampton on a flight from Glasgow only to discover it was just a heap of rust, promises have not been fulfilled and the advertisement contained lies.
The police have been absolutely no help to him and Trading Standards don't even seem to have a phone number - though the police told him to phone them.
I thought you might have heard of similar stories regarding this company?

My son has just had the same happen to him. Empty promises lies lies and more lies! they had all the money up front and no vehicle delivered.
My son has just had similar he had the misfortune of paying thousands of pounds upfront but no vehicle has been delivered. It is a scam. They are a den of theives.
Richard Burbage is now the main sales man for Delta Flag ltd T/A pro motors, meadow view, Winchester Road, Lower Upham, Hampshire, SO321HJ. Tel number 03309006791 richards mobile telephone or 01489 860585 their office number. They are still selling motors and there are majors faults with them. Why isnt the trading standards people shutting this crook down?????
Wish I had seen all this before buying a van from these people we paid £1600.00 for a van had to take it back for repairs over 2 weeks ago now having problems getting it back from them trading standards are investigating them just hope we can get our money back
if everyone who has the skill and the urge to warn others can make ads with a warning in ebay or gumtree.

Darryl Warren is the one that is actually running Delta flag whilst Richard and Stan take a hidden seat outback. They have set up business after business so they can not be tracked. All three parties reside In the Southampton area. Be warned they trade via Ebay and now also via Gumtree they will delivery the car to you,this way you can not track what premises they are running their dodgy car business from, these cars are not only kept on their business premises they will dot them around all over Hampshire. All three have no morals, do not have a shred of decentcy, something needs to be done about these low life's.

Darryl Warren also known as Dale Warren does not want his address known why? Council tax evasion or benefit fraud perhaps or just ducking and diving over his car sales scam.
We are beginning to believe that Richard Burbage and Stan Rudgley are crooks after both being arrested for suspected fraud !!! Published in the Portsmouth Echo feb 2015. We purchased a Volvo in May and the car we sold had our personal number plate on it which we paid them to change it to our new car and we are still waiting 5 months on. Dozens of phone calls a load of garbage coming out of their mouths.
