So to clarify where I think we are up to in terms of business names. So far there have been or 3 Ltd company names in South Coast Enterprises (UK) Ltd, Woolston Car Supermarket Ltd and Service 4 Life Ltd. South Coast Enterprises (UK) Ltd has been dissolved, if you remember a young man by the name of Ryan Overton was also involved. I believe he has been used, abused and now dumped by Burbage and Rudgley. So we have Service 4 Life Ltd, currently under the Directorship of Stan Rudgley but has an active proposal to strike off. This leaves Woolston Car Supermarket Ltd which is still a live company and has as of 10 Aug 14 has a change of accounting reference date. Now I'm not too hot what all this means but is it to do with extending the accounting period to exceed 12 months. This would mean that Rudgley can submit accounts later than the 12 month point. Just a thought but I wonder if when Service 4 Life is struck off Rudgley will continue then start to use Woolston Car Supermarket Ltd.
So that's the Ltd companies which I know about, you will notice that Burbage's name is nowhere to be found on in any of these businesses, more than likely to do with the antics in Australia.
Now the trading name companies due to the fact they have to keep changing the names in order to keep on selling cars. So here we go........ Hampshire Vehicle Sales is Woolston Car Supermarket is Fort Wallington Car Sales is The Elite Car Company is Valley Cars is Oakmount Cars is Stratton Cars...... and breath. Some list!

Woolston Car Supermarket is staying live to draw fire for claims filed through the Courts. I am assuming a lot of rent and utility bills plus claims from good people sold bad goods.
Service 4 life being dissolved means the courts cannot "find" against this business once WCS Ltd is declared insolvent.
Use links on facebook page to ask HMRC and companies house to investigate.
Some shift of identity or premises is on past form overdue.

Still at it. got us on 22nd August 2014 with a car with mileage of 270,000! They clocked the odometer to read 110,000! Same old story dangerous faults, 2 year warranty!!! haha created in in cloud cuckoo land...falsified MOT certificate and I go on and on... At Botley mills trading under Service4 life /stratton cars. Think you all should mo I've been investigating this for some time there is another guy involved called Nathan Reed who likes cash i met him 3 times and he is the money man and is Burbages bitch(think burbage was involved with Reeds girlfriend) thats why it all went wrong as she had his baby.
Reed is the money man and lives in Australia where Burbage took him a few years ago and lives in the shadows of Burbage.

The latest name is Talisman cars on ebay. Just as before 0 rated because they take the car off before you have the chance to leave feedback and ebay cant action because youve laid cash and not used paypal.
Trading standards have a massive dosia on these two scumbags and still sit and do nothing while more people get caught in there shite dealings.
About time the police and trading standards did something!
Just purchased a car from Stratton car sales, took it to a mechanic, gearbox fault, returned car to trader, now calling themselves Talisman car sales, was told a repair would be carried out, took two weeks, was told the bearing in the gearbox was changed, collected car with same fault, took it to a qualified mechanic, gearbox has never been removed from this car, absolute con artist, and the guys name is, yes you guessed it STAN RUDGLEY.
Trading Standards are slow and then CPS are slow.
They will be prosecuted.
Will they run?
Will they turn on each other?
Seems likely.
Bought a car of stan last august. Usual list of faults, broken promises and a warranty paid for but never received details so lost money. Went to trading standards with the case, called them after not hearing for a while and told case moved to another company so none of us will be fought for by trading standards for any compensation. Bad thing is I lost my sales term agreement. Can anyone advice me what I can do. Like a lot of us I want my money back and I want to see him pay for what he's put us all through
Small claims court but against rudgley and burbage for misrepresentation.
once the pair are being prosecuted by Trading Standards evidence needed for claim will be public.

company's house have just agreed with me a 3 month stay of keeping the name Service4life ltd on their books for anyone who wants' to make a personal claim against the trading company. Still better if you can make a claim against Rudgely and Burbage themselves if you can. Let trading Standards know... Again if necessary. Keep updating them. This is crucial. It may be slow but this is the only small chance we may have of stopping them foe good and getting any compensation.

Add me to the list of conned, coming from Oxford I had not heard of them. Same old story though! No warranty has materialised but has been paid for. No service as agreed and my mechanic failed the mot as clearly not road worthy. I bought when it was Oakmount at Botley mills but see on eBay they are now Talisman. Many many faults with my car even after throwing money at it. Also had to contact DVLA for V5 as they didn't both. This has caused no end of stress and left me penniless. I can't believe they continue to get away with it!
