Keeping an eye on Stan Rudgley, Richard Burbage and the companies they are or aren't involved in has pulled up another change. Service 4 Life Ltd which trades as Fort Wallington Car Sales appears to have changed its registered address on 31 Jan 14. I'm sure you wouldn't be too surprised to find out that it has moved to 83 DUCIE STREET, MANCHESTER M1 2JQ, which funnily enough is the same address where Woolston Car Supermarket Ltd changed its address to recently.
Now this could be being used as a postal address. But it could also be the next stage in the plan to rip more people off. In my opinion I believe the later as Stan Rudgley is seeking legal advice over the Woolston Car Supermarket Ltd scam and Richard Burbage denying all knowledge it even though he has been caught on camera and seen agreeing car sales.
I and I'm sure other would be interested to know why Manchester? and when is the planned move happening Stan and Richard?

Given the date of the transfer it is a move to comply with Company Law for those seeking to claim against the Ltd companies that are being used by SRudgley to avoid debt sticking to him.
These Ltd companies will dissolve and the claims will fail.
Service 4 life has debts in excess of the liquidated worth of the cars left unsold at PO16 8TT where it looked like the cars worth £5k plus had already vanished.
I believe SRudgely will claim that when interviewed he was promising to make good for WCSLtd through his trading as FWCS (s4L Ltd).
Trading Standards may prosecute SRudgley. Bringing RBurbage to court requires and action in the civil courts for misrepresentation which if proved could produce sufficient evidence for Hampshire Constabulary to consider prosecution procedures.
I do not think the cars will be moved again. SRudgley end was going to be the sales FWCS generated his misfortune that blogging and reporting curtailed that.
Will RBurbage be sweetening the pot for SRudgely to keep his name out of this is conjecture.
83 DUCIE STREET, MANCHESTER, M1 2JQ is just a mailbox address through City Address, Mailbox and More. http://www.cityaddress.co.uk/about-us/locations.html which intrigues me even more. Why choose Manchester for a mailbox? Come on Stan and Richard give us a clue!
Cheap would be my guess. Forwarding address as registered co there is less than £20 for a year.
"Mr Rudgely said he was unaware of any issues with the car but that if the family sent him the paperwork he would investigate, adding he had not received any letters or legal documents from his former firm in connection with the car. "
Today in the Echo. So needs to get old ltd companies legally wound up so debt vanishes.
Could be another lie but it is most likely a forwarding address
See Mr B still at it! Pleawe be aware people, Do NOT buy from VALLEY CARS advertised on auto trader. Cars parked up at Pinkmead Farm, nr Botley in photos and some are still parked here. Of course I'm sure he won't be the front man, but he is the one behind this.
Are there more cars at the farm. I know of the Woolston cars some were with garages having work done and some at MOT stations so never moved to Fareham. I figured no more than dozen.
If five are on sale back of the knicker shop are there some more in storage*+
Guys i can tell you where they are not got ripped of by them this week
