Driver banned for phone use
USING a mobile phone while driving has cost a Hampshire man his licence.
Richard Burbage, 40, of Moorhill Road, West End, was caught on April 15 driving his 52-reg Jaguar X-Type in Marine Parade, Southampton, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.
The case was proved in his absence and Burbage was disqualified for six months because of repeat offending.
He was also fined £200 and told to pay costs of £85.
